Love Hard
ComedyRomance105 min
An unlucky-in-love LA journalist flies across the country to surprise the man she met on a dating app, only to learn she's been catfished when she arrives at his family's home for Christmas. Nina Dobrev is the woman caught in the fallout, while Jimmy O. Yang is the guy behind the fake profile who offers a bargain: she'll pretend to be his girlfriend for the holidays if he helps her meet the local whose photos he used, played by Darren Barnet. Family pressure, holiday traditions, and the lie at the center of it all keep the visit tangled from the moment she walks in.
