Cheer

The story

At Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas, coach Monica Aldama drives a nationally ranked cheer squad toward the National Cheerleading Championship in Daytona Beach, where every routine depends on precision, trust, and a high tolerance for pain. The series follows athletes including Gabi Butler and La'Darius Marshall through punishing practices, injuries, and the daily strain behind stunts that last only seconds on the mat. As the team chases another title, the focus stays close to the cheerleaders themselves — their family histories, financial pressures, and the setbacks they carry into one of the sport's toughest programs.
