Welcome to Wrexham

DocumentaryReality TVSport27 min per episode

Wrexham A.F.C., a historic but struggling football club in North Wales, becomes the unlikely project of Hollywood owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds. As Rob and Ryan learn the basics of running a team, the series tracks the players, staff, and supporters whose lives are bound up with the club and the working-class town around it. Humphrey Ker is part of the ownership circle, while manager Phil Parkinson and figures across Wrexham bring the day-to-day stakes into focus. From the pitch and locker room to local pubs and front-office meetings, the show keeps one eye on match results and the other on the community attached to them.
