Blackadder

Comedy30 min per episode

Across four different eras of British history, Edmund Blackadder schemes his way through court politics, royal vanity, and military disaster while his long-suffering servant Baldrick trails behind with terrible ideas. Each series drops the pair into a new setting—from medieval intrigue to the trenches of World War I—and resets the social ladder Blackadder is trying to climb. His plans are usually small, selfish, and sure to go wrong, especially when power sits with fools and survival depends on flattery, deceit, or luck. Rowan Atkinson and Tony Robinson anchor the running feud between a sharp-tongued schemer and the dim aide who somehow makes every mess worse.
