The Last House on the Left

CrimeDramaHorrorThriller84 min

On a trip into the city, teenage Mari Collingwood and her friend fall into the hands of a gang of violent fugitives led by Krug. What begins as a search for drugs turns into abduction, assault, and a brutal killing in the woods. By chance, the attackers end up seeking shelter at the Collingwoods’ secluded home, where Mari’s parents slowly realize who their guests are and what happened to their daughter. As the night closes in, grief gives way to suspicion, and suspicion hardens into a plan for revenge. Sandra Peabody and David Hess anchor a story that shifts from raw terror to a grim, intimate reckoning.
