Canadian cop Louis Burke goes undercover inside a California prison after a series of murders targets both inmates and guards. Jean-Claude Van Damme is Burke, a veteran detective whose martial-arts skills become his only protection once he's locked in among hostile cell blocks, shifting alliances, and officials he can't fully trust. Cut off from the outside and posing as a prisoner, Burke has to investigate from within a system where survival depends on strength, timing, and knowing when to strike back. What begins as a covert assignment quickly turns into a fight to stay alive long enough to uncover who's behind the killings.
