The Fundamentals of Caring
ComedyDrama97 min
After a personal tragedy, Ben takes a job as a caregiver and is assigned to Trevor, a sharp-tongued 18-year-old with muscular dystrophy who rarely leaves home. Paul Rudd is Ben, learning the routines and boundaries of care, while Craig Roberts gives Trevor a dry, restless wit. When the two head out on a road trip through the western U.S. in search of roadside landmarks, their tightly managed world starts to widen, with Selena Gomez among the strangers and fellow travelers they meet along the way.
