The Message

ActionAdventureDramaWar178 min

In Mecca, Muhammad’s first revelation sets off a public clash with the city’s ruling order, as his growing circle of followers faces persecution for embracing a new faith. The story is told through the people around him rather than depicting Muhammad directly, with Anthony Quinn’s Abu Sufyan and Irene Papas’s Hind leading the opposition to his message. As converts are hunted and punished, the film follows the early spread of Islam through councils, confrontations, and battlefield spectacle, framing a religious turning point on an epic historical canvas.
