The Way of the Gun
ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller119 min
Two drifting criminals seize what looks like a simple payday when they kidnap a surrogate mother and demand ransom, only to learn she’s tied to a powerful, shady man with his own network closing in. Ryan Phillippe and Benicio Del Toro are the pair at the center, moving through hotel rooms, desert roads, and tense negotiations that keep sliding toward gunfire. Juliette Lewis is the woman caught in the middle, with James Caan appearing on the other side of the ransom scheme.
