Fantastic Mr. Fox
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyCrimeDramaFamily87 min
Mr. Fox has settled into family life, but boredom sends him back to raiding the farms of Boggis, Bunce, and Bean, drawing retaliation that reaches his wife, son, and the wider animal community. George Clooney voices the smooth, restless fox, while Meryl Streep’s Mrs. Fox is less charmed by his return to old habits. Directed by Wes Anderson in stop-motion, the film turns burrows, cider cellars, and midnight chicken raids into a dry caper with a carefully handmade, storybook look.
