Ratatouille
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyFantasy111 min
Remy is a rat with a meticulous palate and an impossible ambition: to cook in one of Paris’s great restaurants. Patton Oswalt voices the would-be chef as he forms a secret partnership with Lou Romano’s awkward kitchen worker, Linguini, steering dishes from under a chef’s hat while trying to stay hidden from the staff. Inside the restaurant, the scheming Skinner (Ian Holm) guards the kitchen, while the arrival of feared critic Anton Ego hangs over every plate. The film moves between bustling kitchen comedy, sewer-and-rooftop escapades, and a lovingly detailed Paris seen from street level and below.
