Manny is about to become a father when Sid’s latest impulse — swiping a clutch of dinosaur eggs — gets the herd pulled into trouble far below the ice. Ray Romano returns as the wary mammoth, while John Leguizamo’s motor-mouthed sloth sets off a rescue mission that sends Manny, Diego and Ellie into a hidden tropical world under the frozen landscape. What starts as another prehistoric misadventure turns into a run-in with towering predators, strange new terrain and neighbors far less friendly than the herd is used to.
