Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyDramaFamily89 min
Trying to fly back to New York, the Central Park Zoo crew trust the penguins’ patched-together plane, only to crash-land on an African wildlife reserve. Ben Stiller is Alex, the zoo’s star lion, now face-to-face with animals of his own kind for the first time, while Chris Rock’s Marty finds himself in a landscape that looks a lot closer to zebra life than anything back home. Gloria, Melman, King Julien, and the rest of the gang are along for the ride too, as the trip from Madagascar to the savanna turns into a string of comic mishaps, group squabbles, and questions about where they belong.
