Ten years after serial killer Charles Lee Ray’s soul was trapped inside a child’s doll, Chucky is stitched back together by his old flame Tiffany. Jennifer Tilly gives Tiffany a glam-goth streak and a vicious temper, while Brad Dourif returns as the voice of Chucky, now less lone slasher than one half of a bickering murder couple. When Tiffany’s fate becomes tied to his, the pair hit the road with an unsuspecting young couple — Katherine Heigl and Nick Stabile — leaving a bloody trail behind them. The 1998 sequel shifts the Child’s Play series toward jet-black comedy without dropping the kills.
