National Lampoon's Vacation
ActionAdventureComedy99 min
Clark Griswold is convinced he can give his family the perfect summer vacation: a cross-country drive from suburban Chicago to California’s Walley World theme park. Chevy Chase is Clark, equal parts planner and disaster magnet, while Beverly D’Angelo’s Ellen watches the itinerary unravel one roadside stop at a time. What starts as an all-American road trip turns into a chain of breakdowns, detours, oddball relatives, and mounting family friction, with Randy Quaid turning up as Clark’s unfiltered cousin Eddie.
