The Goonies

ActionAdventureComedyFamily114 min

When foreclosure threatens the Goon Docks neighborhood in Astoria, Oregon, Mikey Walsh gathers his friends around an old treasure map and heads underground in search of pirate One-Eyed Willie’s missing fortune. Sean Astin is Mikey, the kid convinced the loot could save their homes, with Josh Brolin’s Brand reluctantly pulled into the chase. What starts as a neighborhood scavenger hunt leads the group into tunnels, booby traps, water slides, and a hidden pirate ship, while a recently escaped crime family hunts the same treasure and closes in behind them.
