Inspired by Nami, a young girl heads off on an adventure of her own in a story that shifts the focus beyond the Straw Hats themselves. Rather than retelling the crew’s exploits, the film follows several stories about the people around them, showing how their actions echo through the wider world and shape the lives of strangers, admirers, and everyday bystanders. Kokoro Kikuchi leads the voice cast, with familiar One Piece voices including Akemi Okamura and Mayumi Tanaka woven into the larger ensemble.
