At Joshu East High School, first-year Yu Azuma is determined to become an idol, and her plan is precise: recruit one girl from each corner of the prefecture and build a group from the ground up. As Yu gathers members from four different high schools, the project starts to take shape, but the path to stardom brings complications she didn’t account for. Voices from Asaki Yuikawa and Haruka Aikawa lead this Japanese animated musical, which follows Yu’s ambition from school hallways and auditions to the first strains of a carefully assembled group.
