After a secret Nazi space program escapes defeat in 1945, its survivors spend decades on the dark side of the Moon building a fortress and a fleet of flying saucers. When astronaut James Washington (Christopher Kirby) lands too close to their hidden base, the long-delayed plan to return to Earth suddenly moves up. Julia Dietze is Renate Richter, a young lunar officer sent to Earth alongside the ruthless Klaus Adler (Götz Otto) as the invasion takes shape. The film turns its pulp sci-fi setup into a deadpan mix of moon-base spectacle, propaganda imagery, and political satire aimed at both the Fourth Reich and modern power.
