Akshay Kumar is naval commander Rustom Pavri, whose settled life fractures when he learns that his wife has been involved with a wealthy businessman while he was away at sea. After a confrontation ends in gunfire, Rustom surrenders himself to the police — then shocks the court by insisting he is not guilty.
