After mugging a young nurse on Guy Fawkes Night, Moses and his South London crew watch a flaming object crash onto their council estate — and realize the night is turning into an alien attack. John Boyega is Moses, the gang’s guarded leader, while Jodie Whittaker’s Sam gets pulled into a scramble through stairwells, playgrounds, and tower-block corridors as residents try to defend the block. The action stays close to the estate, turning familiar concrete hallways and courtyards into a battleground lit by fireworks, emergency lights, and the sudden appearance of fast, vicious creatures.
