Mork & Mindy
ComedyFamilySci-Fi30 min per episode
Mork arrives from the planet Ork to study humans, and the woman who takes him in quickly finds that ordinary life now includes baffling customs, confused attempts at fitting in, and reports sent back to space. Robin Williams is Mork, an extraterrestrial whose upside-down view of Earth turns everyday behavior into comedy, while Pam Dawber’s Mindy McConnell becomes his guide, roommate, and connection to the human world. Built around Mork’s efforts to understand language, manners, and social rules, the show mixes a domestic sitcom setup with the constant disruption of an alien observer who takes everything literally.
