3 Idiots
ComedyDrama171 min
At a prestigious Indian engineering college, Rancho’s refusal to memorize, obey, or compete upends the lives of his two roommates and puts all three on a collision course with the school’s iron-fisted dean. Aamir Khan is the unruly Rancho; Madhavan and Sharman Joshi are his closest friends, pulled into his schemes and his way of seeing the world. Kareena Kapoor enters the picture as the dean’s daughter, while Boman Irani’s “Virus” runs the campus with relentless pressure. Moving between their student years and a later search for Rancho, the story follows friendship, family expectations, and the strain built into a high-stakes education system.
