Blind Chance

DramaRomance123 min

A young Polish man runs for a train, and the film follows three different versions of what happens next. In each path, the same ordinary moment sends his life in a new direction: he falls in with the Communist Party, joins the political opposition, or tries to stay outside both sides and build a private life instead. Each choice reshapes his work, his loyalties, and his relationships, including the romances that grow out of those separate lives. As the stories unfold in succession, chance and politics keep pressing on the same man, showing how a split-second event can alter everything around him.
