Ed Sheeran: Jumpers for Goalposts
Documentary134 min
Centered on Ed Sheeran’s 2015 Wembley Stadium shows in London, this concert documentary combines performances of “The A Team,” “Sing,” and “Thinking Out Loud” with footage from backstage and the road that led there. Sheeran reflects on the climb to his biggest hometown stage yet, while the people around him add context to the pace and scale of life offstage. The film stays close to his one-man setup in front of an 80,000-strong crowd, then cuts back to quieter moments behind the scenes, with appearances from Elton John and others in Sheeran’s circle.
