A gifted young martial artist is thrown into trouble when his wayward brother slips into the orbit of criminals, turning a family embarrassment into a chase that keeps widening. As he searches for him, what starts as a personal errand pulls him through street fights, mistaken accusations, and one running clash after another with gangs and law officers. Jackie Chan’s hero has to think and fight his way through a city that keeps closing in, while Yuen Biao appears as the brother whose disappearance sets the whole scramble in motion. Each lead brings another brawl, and each brawl pushes him deeper into a mess bigger than he expected.
