After wrecking his car in the Pacific Northwest, U.S. Marshal Jack Carter stumbles into Eureka, a seemingly sleepy town where the government has secretly gathered many of the world’s brightest scientists and their families. Colin Ferguson is Carter, the plainspoken outsider trying to keep order when experiments, inventions, and the occasional unknown creation start going wrong. Around him, Salli Richardson-Whitfield and Joe Morton are among the people who understand how much is happening behind Eureka’s small-town front. Much of the trouble traces back to Global Dynamics, the advanced research facility at the center of the town’s biggest breakthroughs and disasters.
