Mosul
ActionAdventureDocumentaryDramaThrillerWar102 min
After a rogue Nineveh SWAT unit saves him in the middle of combat, a young Iraqi police officer joins their fight to retake Mosul from ISIS. Adam Bessa is the rookie thrust into a city where every block is contested, while Suhail Dabbach is among the men leading him through ambushes, rubble, and street-by-street gun battles. Based on true events and performed in Arabic, the film stays close to the squad as they wage a guerrilla campaign for the homes, families, and city ISIS took from them.
