Their First Mistake
ComedyFamily21 min
When Ollie’s wife threatens to leave if he keeps spending his time with Stanley, the two friends settle on an unlikely fix: adopting a baby to steady the marriage. Oliver Hardy is the flustered husband, with Stan Laurel beside him as Stanley, whose advice only complicates things further. After a furious domestic blowup and the arrival of divorce papers, the men find themselves alone in the apartment with a crying infant and no idea how to manage him. Marriage, friendship, telephones, and a shared bed all become part of the chaos.
