An American Tail: Fievel Goes West
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyMusicalWestern75 min
Still hounded by cats after settling in America, the Mousekewitz family heads west after hearing the frontier is a place where mice and cats live in peace. Phillip Glasser is Fievel, the young mouse who gets separated from his family and discovers that promise comes from Cat R. Waul, an oily con artist voiced by John Cleese. Out in the desert, Fievel also crosses paths with Sheriff Wylie Burp (James Stewart), a swaggering lawdog straight out of a cowboy legend. The sequel trades New York tenements for trains, saloons, wide-open frontier towns, and a Western spin on Fievel’s adventures.
