ActionAdventureAnimationComedyDramaFamilyMusical80 min

At the turn of the 20th century, young Russian mouse Fievel Mousekewitz is separated from his family on their voyage to America and arrives in New York alone. Phillip Glasser is Fievel, picking his way through crowded streets and unfamiliar neighborhoods as he searches for the Mousekewitzes and discovers that the promised land is hardly free of cats. The story threads immigration, homesickness, and Jewish family tradition through its songs and city-street adventure, with voices from Erica Yohn, Nehemiah Persoff, Dom DeLuise, and Madeline Kahn.
