The Great Mouse Detective
ActionAdventureAnimationFamilyMusicalMystery74 min
After a London toymaker is kidnapped, his daughter Olivia seeks out Basil of Baker Street, a brilliant mouse detective with a gift for disguise and a habit of charging straight toward danger. Barrie Ingham is Basil, with Val Bettin's Dr. Dawson keeping pace as partner, witness, and sounding board. Behind the crime is Vincent Price's Professor Ratigan, a grandly mannered mastermind with plans that reach beyond one missing craftsman. Against the cobblestones, toy shops, and hidden mouse-sized passages of 1897 London, the case turns into a chase through traps, clues, and the machinery of the city.
