In a lumber mill, two workers turn a routine day on the job into a chain of accidents. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy lug planks, dodge saws, and try to stay one step ahead of the chaos they keep causing, but every attempt to fix a problem creates a bigger one. The machinery is dangerous, the tasks are simple only in theory, and the pair are hopelessly outmatched by both. What unfolds is a workplace comedy built from missed signals, bad timing, and one disaster after another as the mill becomes less a place to work than a trap they keep stumbling deeper into.
