Seven and a Half

ComedyDrama106 min

In contemporary Serbia, several ordinary people chase small fixes for bigger problems and keep making their lives worse. Their stories run in parallel: each person is boxed in by money troubles, bad habits, or schemes that seem manageable until pride and desperation push them further. What begins as everyday hustling turns into a chain of humiliations, betrayals, and moral compromises, with one bad decision feeding the next. The film moves between these lives to show how private weakness and social pressure collide, turning darkly funny situations into something harsher. Directed by Miroslav Momčilović, it keeps its focus on people trying to stay afloat while the ground keeps giving way.
