A man with no memory wakes into a web of state secrets, violence, and half-trusted allies. As fragments of his past return, he learns he may be tied to a covert operation and to the deaths of several intelligence agents. Every lead pulls him deeper into a world where old loyalties are broken, official stories keep shifting, and the people helping him may be using him. A woman from his past offers one version of who he is, while figures inside the security services push another. As he tries to piece together what happened, the search for his identity turns into a hunt for the missing “fourth man.”
