In 1979 Belgrade, a mysterious driver known as the Phantom turns a stolen white Porsche into a nightly spectacle, weaving through city streets while police try to bring the chase to an end. As the stunts spread by word of mouth, the whole city is pulled into the story, with witnesses gathering to see the car and the driver for themselves. Milutin Milošević and Radoslav “Rale” Milenković are among the key faces in a Serbian film that blends crime reconstruction with documentary texture, turning a strange public obsession into a portrait of a city under one man’s headlights.
