In a small Indian town, a magician who cares more about card tricks than football finds his love life tied to a village tournament: to marry the woman he wants, he has to help his local team reach the finals. Jitendra Kumar is the reluctant would-be captain, pulled from sleight of hand into team politics, neighborhood pressure, and matches he never wanted to play. Arushi Sharma is the woman at the center of his bargain, with Jaaved Jaaferi among the familiar faces around the team and town. As the tournament moves forward, every game becomes part of the same gamble.
