The Return of Jafar
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyFantasyMusicalRomance69 min
Jafar escapes the lamp as an all-powerful genie and turns his attention back to Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, and the kingdom he wants to destroy. As the danger spreads from the palace to winged-horse chases and a fiery lava pit, Aladdin has to rely on the Genie and an uneasy Iago to stop him. Jonathan Freeman and Gilbert Gottfried are among the voices in this sequel, which keeps the first film’s mix of magic, jokes, and musical numbers while shifting the story toward Jafar’s revenge.
