Separated at birth after smugglers target their family, twins Prem and Raja grow up in very different worlds while remaining strangely linked through their reflexes. Varun Dhawan takes the dual role, with the brothers finally crossing paths as a criminal network pulls them into the same battle. As their lives start to overlap, crossed signals and mistaken identities spill into romance and chaos around Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu's characters. The story turns on the twins’ unusual connection, using it for broad comedy, brawls, and a family revenge plot tied to the underworld that split them apart.
