After a disastrous stint as household servants at a dinner party — with Stan disguised as the maid — the boys wind up sweeping streets, accidentally capturing a bank robber, and earning a trip to Oxford as a reward. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy carry their accident-prone partnership from working-class chaos into the rituals of Oxford University, where gowns, lectures, and campus manners prove no match for their confusion. What starts with a lucky break turns into a collision between Laurel and Hardy’s scrappy instincts and a world built on polish, status, and tradition.
