The Week Of
Comedy116 min
As their children’s wedding approaches, two very different fathers are forced into the same crowded, stressful week. One insists on paying for everything himself, even as the plans start to wobble and every attempt to keep costs down creates a new problem. The other arrives with a very different sense of how the celebration should look, and the gap between the families turns every decision into a fresh source of friction. As relatives pile in, old embarrassments resurface, and one mishap after another threatens to throw the ceremony off course, Kenny Lustig and Kirby Cordice, played by Adam Sandler and Chris Rock, struggle to get everyone to the altar in one piece.
