HorrorMysteryThriller98 min
David, a taxi driver facing terminal cancer, accidentally kills hotel owner Patrick in a crash, and the fallout follows Patrick’s girlfriend to the lakeside Hong Kong hotel he leaves behind. As she takes over the property, a string of apparent suicides begins to gather around it, tying the accident to a larger mystery. Julian Cheung and Louis Koo are among the film’s central figures, with Charmaine Sheh in the ensemble as the story moves between the crash, the hotel, and the deaths that keep accumulating there.
