After a young mother is killed while fleeing an unseen presence on the Binlusai islands in the 1970s, a present-day survival game brings a group of contestants to the same abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. Mi Yang is Shen Yilin, one of the players, paired with Jordan Chan’s Peng Fei as TV executive Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung) sends them ashore chasing a one-million-dollar prize. With only a map to guide them, they’re supposed to outlast the island without supplies. But when something attacks their boat and most of their gear is lost, the competition quickly turns into a fight to stay alive.
