Summer of Changsha
CrimeDrama120 min
A detective investigating a bizarre murder finds the case complicated by his growing attachment to a surgeon he meets while trying to solve it. Feng Zu and Huang Lu lead the cast as the inquiry moves between police work and an unexpected romance. The film keeps its attention on the detective’s divided focus: one thread follows the details of the killing, while another traces the connection forming between two people pulled together by the case.
