Bootleggers

Comedy19 min

At a small hunting lodge, three friends turn bootlegging into a tidy operation, filling shelf after shelf with homemade moonshine and settling into the comforts of their illegal enterprise. Evgeniy Morgunov's Worldly and Georgiy Vitsin's Coward are two points of the trio, alongside the hapless Fool, until their dog Barbos snatches the condenser coil and heads straight for the police station. Nearly silent except for a song, the film builds its comedy through physical mishaps, chases, and the mounting panic of men who suddenly realize their setup is about to be exposed.
