A beachside prank war turns strange fast when Evil Nerd Menlo starts pushing Buzz Cola, a tainted soda meant to get revenge on the local surfers by turning them into mutant zombie punks. Jocko, Chuck, Bob, and the rest of their surf crew wind up trying to stop the scheme before the beach is overrun. Eddie Deezen is among the faces driving the nerd-versus-surfer chaos, with Linda Kerridge in the middle of the fallout. The setup mixes bikini-beach comedy, broad high school gags, and a deliberately goofy monster-movie twist built around one very bad soft drink.
