When a media mogul’s satellite system threatens to put the world under mind control, a group of infant geniuses step in, armed with baby talk and an uncanny knowledge of the universe. Jon Voight’s Bill Biscane is behind the scheme, and the legendary superbaby Kahuna joins forces with the babies to stop it before the technology goes global. Scott Baio and Vanessa Angel are part of the adult cast surrounding the pint-size heroes. The sequel folds spy-movie gadgets, TV satire, and sci-fi plotting into a story where the smallest characters are the ones trying to outsmart everyone else.
