Baby Bink has adoring wealthy parents, a mansion, and a newspaper photo op ahead of him — until three crooks posing as photographers kidnap him and discover they can’t keep hold of him. As the baby crawls off on his own through Chicago, Joe Mantegna and Joe Pantoliano are among the increasingly frazzled kidnappers trying to catch up before the police and Bink’s family do. The comedy stays with the gap between the criminals’ neat plan and the chaos that follows, as Bink drifts from one public place to the next while every adult around him scrambles.
