Four 37-year-old friends in Japan find the ease of their bond shifting after a divorce case cracks open one woman’s marriage and sends the group into a quieter reckoning with their own relationships. Sachie Tanaka and Hazuki Kikuchi are part of the quartet, alongside Maiko Mihara and Rira Kawamura, as everyday routines give way to difficult conversations, awkward silences, and small changes in how these women see themselves and one another. The film stays close to shared meals, workshops, and private confessions, letting friendship and separation sit side by side as each woman asks what kind of life she has made.
