Andrew Garfield is Jack, guarded and tentative as he re-enters a city that doesn’t know who he is, while Peter Mullan’s Terry manages the difficult balance between protection and trust. When Jack helps reunite a distressed child with her family and is suddenly treated as a local hero, the attention brings new scrutiny to the crime that made him infamous.
